GreyHawk Landing and GreyHawk Landing West

GreyHawk Landing is located East of I-75 on SR 64 in Bradenton.  Started in 2001, there are 793-homes situated on 646 acres of natural habitat, preserve, and lakes.  Behind this gated community you will find community lagoon-style pool, spa and waterfalls, fitness center, 1.95-miles of walking/biking trails, fishing pier, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball, baseball and soccer fields.  

In late 2013, GreyHawk Landing West was born and added over 450 new homes on 300 acres with a separate lagoon pool, clubhouse and fitness center.  Homes are offered with Sam Rodgers, Homes by Towne and Ryland Homes.  Homes being offered in the mid-200's plus.  

53% of the total acreage of GreyHawk Landing is preserved as protected open space and managed wildlife habitat.
